    Job Overview

    We are hiring for the role of Inbound Sales Domestic in our company. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
    • Preferably female candidate with immediate joining required.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Handle inbound sales calls and inquiries from potential customers
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs and queries
    • Identify customer requirements and match them with our services
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
    • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve better results
    • Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
