    Role: Associate Partnerships Communicationsand Branding
    Location: Delhi

    ProjectChhalaang an initiative by ELMS Sports Foundation is seekingcandidates for the position of Manager: Communications and Brandingto work on creating and developing the strategies and systems forexternal as well as internal communications purposes. With amission to make Right to Play a reality for every child in Indiaand a vision to make a million children play by 2027 ProjectChhalaang was launched by ELMS Sports Foundation in 2022 as aflagship initiative. The partnerships and communications verticalhas a unique challenge of building the brand and creating awarenessabout Project Chhalaang across the ecosystem at the same timesupporting the team to create valuable knowledge resources in thedomain of Physical Literacy and Sports forDevelopment.

    Partnerships:

    • Manageend to end communication with the existing partners fundingpartners as well as programpartners.
    • Conducting basic research to look forpotential partners and exploresynergies.

    Communications:

    • Assist in theexecution of communications strategies.
    • Createand edit communications copy (e.g. press releases publicationssocial media
    • posts).
    • Helpto maintain web content and implementation of social mediastrategies.
    • Oversee internal communications anddistributionchannels.

    Documentation:

    • Assistthe team in preparing presentations andreports.
    • Help in researching writing andediting content for distribution including photos andvideos.
    • Help the team develop public relationsand promotional materials including the creation and distributionprograms.
    • Regularly collect data preparereports/presentations and evaluate the status of the organizationspublic image and make recommendations for expanding or improvingthe publicimage.

    Preferredqualifications skills andexperience:

    • Bachelorsdegree in communications media or relatedfield.
    • Outstanding verbal and writtencommunication skills.
    • Basic knowledge ofvarious social media platforms including Instagram X (formerlyTwitter) and Facebook along with an understanding of social mediastrategies and media relations.
    • Proficiency inusing Microsoft Office and an understanding of various designsoftware.
    • Strong attention to detail excellentorganisational skills and the ability tomultitask
