    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Generate new leads and prospects through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their hiring needs and provide suitable staffing solutions.
    • Pitch our services to clients and prospects, highlighting our unique value proposition and how we can help them meet their staffing requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source suitable candidates for clients' job requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
