    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. Developand execute comprehensive brand strategies to increase brandawareness and equity.
    2. Conduct market researchto identify consumer trends preferences and competitivelandscape.
    3. Collaborate with product developmentteams to ensure alignment of brand objectives with productofferings.
    4. Create and implement marketingcampaigns across various channels including digital print andsocial media.
    5. Manage advertising budgets andevaluate the effectiveness of marketingefforts.
    6. Monitor and analyze key performancemetrics to track brand performance and identify areas forimprovement.
    7. Maintain brand consistency acrossall communication channels andtouchpoints.
    8. Cultivate strong relationshipswith media outlets influencers and strategic partners to enhancebrand visibility.
    9. Lead crossfunctional teams toexecute brand initiatives and campaigns.
    10. Stayabreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to driveinnovation in brand marketingstrategies.

    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or related field;Masters degree preferred.
    2. Proven experience inbrand management marketing or relatedroles.
    3. Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data and insights to drivedecisionmaking.
    4. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborateeffectively.
    5. Creative thinker with a passionfor brand storytelling and consumerengagement.
    6. Demonstrated project managementskills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
    7. Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite and familiarity with marketing analyticstools.
    8. Knowledge of digital marketing platformsand techniques.
    9. Previous experience in consumergoods retail or similar industries ispreferred.
    10. Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and adapt to changingpriorities.

    Workingdays Mon to Fri (9.30am to6.30pm)
