    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Visual Communications and Content Designer with direct experience in the consulting industry. This specialized role demands a unique blend of creative design skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the consulting business landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing compelling, visually engaging content and collateral tailored to the needs of consulting firms and their clients. This position offers the opportunity to play a critical role in shaping our brand's narrative, enhancing our client engagement strategies, and ultimately contributing to our firm's success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and produce a broad array of client-facing materials, including proposals, presentations, reports, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with our company's brand and standards.
    • Leverage industry-specific knowledge to inform content strategies and visual storytelling, creating materials that resonate with clients and stakeholders in the management consulting sector.
    • Collaborate closely with teams to understand project requirements and translate complex concepts into visually engaging and easily digestible content.
    • Conduct research on industry trends to ensure our content and design practices remain ahead of the curve, effectively communicating our expertise and value proposition.
    • Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed quality expectations.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates who have pursued additional education or certifications relevant to management consulting.
    • 5+ years of professional experience in a design and content creation role, with at least 3 years specifically within the management consulting industry.
    • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually compelling content for consulting firms, including examples of both print and digital materials.
    • Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and a solid understanding of content management systems and digital design tools.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with consulting professionals at all levels.
    • Strategic and analytical thinker with a proven ability to connect design and content strategies to business objectives and client needs.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Deep industry knowledge of management consulting, including key challenges, client expectations, and the competitive landscape.
    • Exceptional design and aesthetic sensibility, with the ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives.
    • Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
    • Proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
