    Position Summary

    The purpose of Production Support and maintenance - Manager is to provide technical leadership and guidance for a successful production support and maintenance for a team of The position requires flexibility to work in shift-based model.

    Job Responsibilities

    • team in Support and Maintenance (like bug-fixes, minor enhancements) activities.
    • technical guidance to team in Triaging, Troubleshooting and Analysis of production issues.
    • team adherence to Application standards, code reviews and technical documentation for any maintenance activity.
    • and monitor tasks, activities, controls, deliverables, and reports of team.
    • for and champion opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency while delivering on all commitments.
    • smooth transition of knowledge transfer session.
    • Incident Management (Incident resolution, stakeholder communication, analysis, and action items).
    • the team to defined SLAs.
    • shift roster within the team.
    • with metrics to analyze team's productivity.
    • root cause analysis & corrective measures on issues identified.
    • be able to create and maintain escalation matrix.
    • the technical documentation is in place and up-to-date.
    • technical direction and mentoring to developers in application support and maintenance activities people)
    • under pressure with the ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining quality and managing risk to an acceptable level
    • presentation and communication style that builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders and influences outcomes and decisions
    • performance review and provide feedback to the team

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • years of progressive experience in production support (L2 or L3 support) and maintenance.
    • years of experience working as a Manager in production support and maintenance.
    • knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS.
    • working in any job scheduler (preferably Tidal).
    • in using Object Oriented Programming (OOP) technologies.
    • knowledge of .Net
    • knowledge is nice-to-have.
    • understanding of Agile way of working.
    • have meeting facilitation skills including setting agendas, task management, time management, taking minutes, managing documentation, and action item management both formal and informal settings
    • be able to multi-task, problem solve, learn quickly, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • verbal & written communication skills with strong interpersonal & influencing skills.
    • interacting with and influencing senior members of management.
    • and stay up to date with current industry trends and relate aspects to our business and influence business leaders accordingly.
    • in MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint
