    Description
    Responsibilities Key Responsibilities –
    • Strong knowledge of end-to-end UK Payroll Processing is a must.
    • Process payroll runs on a monthly basis and ensure payments are made accurately and on time.
    • Perform FPS, EPS, GTN reconciliation and ensure timely submission to HMRC.
    • Understanding of gross and net overpayment calculations.
    • Knowledge of year end payroll activities (e.g. End of Year and Start of Year, P11D) and reporting in line with legislation.
    • Analyzing and validating pre and post payroll run reports.
    • To work on CR/SR testing requirements.
    • SLA Compliance – Executes payroll tasks as per prescribed guidelines and timeliness to meet SLA targets.
    • Provide expert advise and interpretation of Payroll legislation to support team members.
    • Identify opportunities for Improvement, make suggestions and implement appropriate changes. Requirements –
    • In depth and current knowledge of payroll legislation.
    • Strong attention to details.
    • Proven ability to deliver a payroll service in line with the agreed service levels.
    • Previous experience of managing a payroll team.
    • Strong Excel skills, vlookups etc.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Understanding of compliance.
    • Professional and approachable disposition to work and the workplace.
    Additional Responsibilities: Should be comfortable for work from office Must have Team leading experience along with UK Payroll
