    Job Description :


    As a Data Science Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our data science team.

    You will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies, creating predictive models, and contributing to the overall success of our data science initiatives.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data science, leadership skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making in the education sector.


    Responsibilities :

    Team Leadership :

    • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    Project Management :

    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data science projects to meet organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science initiatives.

    Data Analysis and Modeling :

    • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and other relevant applications, ensuring they align with and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
    • Conduct indepth analyses of user patterns and behaviors to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decisionmaking for marketing and retention strategies.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement datadriven strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

    Strategic Planning and Execution :

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive data roadmap that supports the organization's shortterm and longterm business targets.
    • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the data team's tasks and projects are closely aligned with business priorities and contribute to the platform's continuous improvement.
    • Partner with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data in marketing campaigns, user experience enhancements, and overall business strategy.

    Collaboration :

    • Work closely with other departments, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to integrate data science solutions into various aspects of our products and services.

    Quality Assurance :

    • Implement best practices for data quality assurance and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of models and analyses.

    Qualifications :

    • Proven experience (6+) in data science, with a focus on machine learning, predictive modelling, and data analysis, demonstrating a track record of achieving business objectives.
    • Strong business mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies for marketing, user retention, and overall business success.
    • Previous leadership or management experience leading a team of data scientists, emphasizing a resultsoriented and businessdriven approach.
