    Job Summary:

    The Assistant Manager - Accounts will play a crucial role in the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely finalization of accounts, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient handling of taxation matters. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounts finalization, audit assistance, Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Income Tax. Candidates who have completed CA Intermediate or CA Final are preferred.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Educational Qualification:
    • Completed CA Intermediate or CA Final.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts finalization, audit assistance, PF, ESIC, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax laws.
    • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Certifications:
    • Any relevant certifications in finance or accounting would be an added advantage.
