    About the location:

    In the heart of Worli - the business hub of India's largest city and close to the entertainment and commercial district of Lower Parel, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai is a chic urban oasis with an intimate, boutique atmosphere. Known for unparalleled food & beverage options such as those at AER Mumbai, an award-winning rooftop bar, as well as San:Qi, a city-favourite pan-Asian restaurant with wine bar, private dining rooms, four open-style kitchens overseen by master craftsmen and an extensive menu offering Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese delicacies.

    Basic Function:

  • Reports to Senior Duty Engineer –assisting to complete all tasks assigned;
  • Carry out all orders from DOR, RSM and DOE.

    • Role and Responsibilities

  • In charge of planning and maintenance of all residential decorations in the public area and conduct repair and maintenance according to Four Seasons M&E policy.
  • Be familiar with residential building projects, decorations and brands, meanwhile take the role of supervisor when necessary;
  • Take initiative to conduct material purchasing plan in terms of storage management to ensure the operation needs.
  • Fully manage the critical training and cross training. Ensure the employee performance and deliver feedback with proper coaching.
  • Ensure the operation inspection on daily basis. Be corresponding to the trend of interior decoration. Apply new materials to the daily engineering supply. And ensure all the materials be filed in proper way.
  • Attend the routine check every week with the guidance of EM, find & solve the problems right away.
  • Take part in regular meeting every day and make summary ending about the job plan.
  • Assist the EM to submit and spread weekly operation reports, monthly work reports and half-yearly personal reports.
  • Carry out and control the operation of all kinds of maintenance contracts and update
  • Match up with duty engineering about daily work, and update the orders
  • Ensure all issues are executed and followed up completely.
  • Arrange the performance of work scheduling, discipline and standard of Four seasons hotel
  • Control and guide the skill learning lessons and drawing keeping
  • Complete other tasks assigned by divisional management.

    • Skills and Abilities:

  • Senior high school degree or above, have 5 years work experience in international hotels
  • At least 2 years as supervisor or above and work experience stably.
  • Solid skill in repairing and maintenance.
