    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Contract Specialist to join our team at LifeMagic Group. As a Legal Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts. This is a mid-level position, requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in contract law. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and it is a full-time position.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in contract law or a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles
    • Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Proficiency in legal research and contract management software
    • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to, client contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements
    • Ensure contracts are compliant with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, procurement, and finance teams, to identify contract needs and provide legal guidance
    • Perform legal research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
    • Provide legal advice and assistance regarding contract terms, provisions, and obligations
    • Identify and mitigate potential legal risks in contracts
    • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation
    • Manage contract templates and contribute to their continuous improvement
    • Facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise
    • Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations
    • Support the legal team in other contract-related matters as needed
