Why is this role important for IndieFolio


As an account executive, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, handling a large number of inquiries individually through various channels and answering anything from basic updates to complex project queries.


Responsibilities:


  • Using a variety of communication methods, managing client relationships, and actively responding to client queries.
  • Building longlasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
  • Work in tandem with internal teams to address inquiries.
  • Regularly checking and reporting on the project's progress.
  • Ensure the projects undertaken are recorded orderly in the system including client feedback.
  • Assist managers in endtoend management of all projects.
  • Have the opportunity to work on special projects and initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Experience in working with client servicing for the advertising/marketing/consulting industry will be preferred.
  • Ability to develop customercentric relationships.
  • Must be determined and efficient so as to be able to operate independently and effectively handle time and resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of creative project management will be a plus.
  • Cooperative and encourages a culture of continual change.

Salary:
₹350, ₹450,000.00 per year

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Client Servicing: 1 year (preferred)
