    12-month contract role

    • effective Corporate Communication Strategy, messaging and support daily operational activities for India MSC.
    • the business agenda and translating it into high quality, strategic, creative communication campaigns which are relevant and engaging for the audience.
    • designing and executing communication campaigns for corporate branding initiatives .
    • management - Creating and executing campaigns and events for employee engagement including end to end project management, internal communication, production, costing, negotiations, vendor management & stakeholder management.
    • internal communications (Org wide employee communication, newsletters, flyers etc.)
    • content for online and social media presence, company website
    • in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership
    • ongoing Site level communication and activities, including weekly management calls, internal and external meetings
    • with India MSC Leadership team, Support functions like HR, Finance, REFM, PDL & other key stakeholders
    • customer and internal / functional presentations. Liaise with counterparts / stakeholders in other departments and regions, if needed, for consistency in content.
    • to Orange brand guidelines for all internal/external communication

    2. Management of People engagement initiatives, projects & transformation

    • Reward & Recognition programs at India MSC including award distribution ceremony (Achiever's connect).
    • global visits and supporting logistics in collaboration
    • and manage festival and cultural celebrations
    • and manage initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion
    • Orange Anniversary celebrations

    3. Support People Connect Initiatives

    • and maintaining forums/platforms for leadership engagement and communication with employees, including town halls and focused group discussions
    • project management of ongoing One MSC Project which includes collaboration with project teams and other concerned stakeholders. Integrate and develop presentation, coordinating input when multiple stakeholders are involved
    • content for the leadership team to engage stakeholders (other MSCs, & regions ) and employees - and keep them abreast with achievements and developments
    • with experts to manage India MSC plazza pages and developing other plazza pages such as Learning from Failure, Ways of working
    • evaluating, onboarding and reviewing of vendors, working on both long term and project-based models
    • verbal & written communication skills are essential
    • content writing, Digital writing, proof-reading and editing
    • Presentation & Ms Excel skills
    • Organizational & Interpersonal Skills
    • attention to detail & Good Negotiation Skills
    • to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning financial and Business information
    • possess positive attitude, be energetic & self-motivated
    • to manage multiple tasks while setting appropriate priorities and responding to changes
    • to adapt to a crisis environment and good management skills
    • stakeholder management
    • or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, public relations or relevant field.
    • years experience in Corporate Communications, operational management of business function at Country/Regional level. Exposure in project management and driving transformation projects.
