    About noon food

    noon Food is a restaurant-first platform on the noon app, offering fair commissions, a sustainable program, and operating flexibility for the food and beverage industry in the Middle East. noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers. We at noon Food are a small, dynamic team working on introducing the noon Food service to the world.     What you'll do

    • Build lead generation and account-based-marketing programs to source new leads, support and engage customers after they are onboarded.
    • Develop CRM strategies to actively communicate with the restaurant partner base of our offering, product updates, promo updates, new features.
    • Build and evolve noon Food's post-onboarding restaurant journey & engagement strategy
    • Influence the development of local content and below the line (BTL) sales collateral.
    • Design restaurant brand led marketing campaigns for restaurant product launches & campaigns
    • Partner closely with sales to align on priorities, enable them to meet their business objectives to market the restaurant brands
    • Design media / social kits for restaurants to promote noon food on their social / outdoor formats
    • Measure the impact of work by establishing the right metrics, crafting reports and communicating results with leadership and cross-functional partners.

    What you'll need

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing
    • Advanced working knowledge of CRM tools. Creative & impactful copywriting skills.
    • Expertise in partnering with sales teams to drive leads, accelerate pipeline and deliver revenue.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
    • Evidence or track record of building B2B marketing programs to improve brand equity among sellers/ restaurant partners.
    • Track record of working cohesively with a team and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done
    • Thrives on challenges and can stay calm in complicated/complex situations.
