    Job Details and Requirements:

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Practice Leader to lead and drive our organization's cloud practice.

    The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing and implementing successful cloud strategies.

    The Cloud Practice Leader will be responsible for guiding our team in delivering innovative cloud solutions, staying abreast of industry trends, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our cloud - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.


    • Extensive experience in cloud computing, with a focus on leading and managing cloud practices.
    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a highperforming team.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful cloud strategies.
    • Indepth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation, and agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Relevant certifications e.g.
    , AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified:
    Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are a plus.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategy:

    • Develop and execute the overall cloud strategy for the organization.
    • Provide visionary leadership to the cloud practice team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with senior management to align the cloud strategy with overall business objectives.

    Team Management:

    • Lead and mentor a team of cloud architects, engineers, and specialists.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.

    Client Engagement:

    • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and contribute to the development of tailored cloud solutions.
    • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on cloudrelated matters.

    Solution Development:

    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring they align with industry best practices and security standards.
    • Drive innovation by staying informed about emerging cloud technologies and assessing their potential impact on the organization.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure the quality and reliability of cloud solutions through rigorous testing and adherence to best practices.
    • Implement and maintain robust monitoring and optimization processes to enhance system performance and efficiency.

    Risk Management:

    • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to cloud projects, including security, compliance, and performance issues.
    • Develop and enforce security protocols and policies for cloudbased environments.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the cloud practice team.
    • Evaluate and implement new tools, methodologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the cloud practice.
