BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE

The Back Office Executiveto DGM Telecom for various activities to help him in ensuring: -

  • Call every new Customer both from Domestic & International Markets, after the product is supplied to them, and enquire about product delivery, commissioning, and performance.
  • For every old Customer, refer to the company's Customer database, and Call them to enquire about product performance, last service status, and areas of concern, if any.
  • Make Reminder Calls to Customers about Service Due Dates and create demand / need for Spares and Services.
  • Convey Spares and Service Demand to Spares & Service (S&S) Business Team for sending Offers.
  • Liaise with Product Support (PS) Team for execution and completion of Offered Spares & Services.
  • Make Feedback Calls to Customers, regarding last Service experience.
  • Check sales database for Gensets which are completing Warranty period and make call Customers about Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and create demand / need for AMC.
  • Convey AMC Opportunity to S&S Busines Team for sending Offers
  • Liaise with PS Team for execution and completion of Services under the AMC.
  • Monitor the visits under AMC and collect feedback from customer for every AMC Visit.
  • Convey all Feedback Reports to S&S Business Team and Product Support (PS) Team
  • Monitor, Measure, and Analyze Customer Satisfaction Levels, and submit monthly reports for management review.

Salary:
₹18, ₹26,000.00 per hour


Day range:

  • Weekend only

Shift:

  • Morning shift
