- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information Technology, or related field.
- Test Manager with good handson experience in Agile testing projects rollout.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT experience and 5 years of experience in project management, Requirements Management, Defect Management and Test Management using QTest.
- Experience in integrating QTest with Jira, Bugzilla, Version one etc.
- Knowledge in CI/CD process.
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Experience in interacting with onshore clients.
- Experience in Rolling out SAP Projects.
- Coordinating and collaborating all the stakeholder
- Work closely with Dev and Testing managers to meet customer expectations.
- Experience of resolving bottlenecks
- Must be able to collaborate, contribute and mentor team members.
- Experience in working in cloud environment.
- Track all the tasks and make sure they are inline with deadlines.
- Experience in any other Test Management and Automation tools are a plus.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Ability to do presentations and walkthroughs with Systems and Business personnel.
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment under deadlines in a changing environment.
- Experience working directly with customer.
- Ability to resolve conflicts among team members.
- Ability to identify risks and mitigate.
