    Job Overview

    We are looking for a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products and services, and converting leads into sales. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
    • Conduct market research and identify potential leads
    • Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
    • Maintain and update customer databases
    • Handle customer inquiries and provide product information
    • Achieve monthly sales targets
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and trends
