We are leading suppliers to Indian Navy and Indian Railways having been associated to them for over 3 decades. We have an extensive product range that has been specially developed for infrastructure projects, chemical zones, refineries and others.
Role Purpose
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by ensuring the smooth coordination of activities, assisting the sales team, and enhancing overall sales efficiency.

- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in daily operations, including order processing, invoice generation, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documents to help the team track progress and identify opportunities.
- Customer Communication
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing necessary information in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure effective communication between internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate salesrelated activities such as meetings, appointments, and presentations, ensuring the team is wellprepared and organized.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Data Management
- Update and maintain the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Quotation & Proposal Preparation
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on customer needs and company guidelines.
- Follow-Ups
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotes to ensure timely responses and maintain customer engagement.
Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams and customers effectively.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Keen attention to detail when managing data, preparing documents, and coordinating activities.
Experience Required
- 14 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Must be a graduate.
Mandatory Requirement
- Must be a local from Mumbai and willing and able to commute to Marol Naka (Andheri East)
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
