    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Guest Services Associate to join our dynamic team at AIPL. As a Guest Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This is a full-time position with a junior level of experience required (1 to 3 years). The role is based in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.     Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    • Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service to guests and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed
    • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
    • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
    • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations
    • Ensure the guest service area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
    • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues
    • Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, and points of interest
    • Promote hotel services and facilities to guests
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
    • Follow all hotel policies and procedures
    • Adhere to safety and security protocols
    • Provide feedback to management on guest preferences and trends
