    Job Description:

    Cleartrip is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our Key Account

    Management (KAM) team as a Client Analytics Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess

    strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a deep understanding of client

    needs in the travel industry. As a Client Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing

    and presenting data related to clients' business travel expenditures across various products

    including airfare, hotels, cabs, guest houses, visas, trains, and buses. You will collaborate closely

    with the KAM team to understand client requirements, analyze spending patterns, identify

    savings opportunities, and prepare insightful presentations for client meetings.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze clients' business travel expenditure data across multiple categories including airfare,
    • hotels, cabs, guest houses, visas, trains, and buses.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations showcasing monthly, quarterly, and year-over-year
    • spending trends.
    • Conduct airline usage comparisons and analyze employee travel patterns based on grades and
    • departments.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization within clients' travel budgets.
    • Collaborate with the KAM team to understand client requirements and tailor presentations
    • accordingly.
    • Utilize Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other presentation methods to create
    • compelling visual representations of data.
    • Block calendars and schedule regular meetings with clients to present analytical insights and
    • recommendations.
    • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients to ensure their needs are
    • met and expectations are exceeded.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Master's

    degree preferred.

    Candidates from big 4 industry prefered

    Proven experience in data analysis and presentation, preferably in the travel industry.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly

    and effectively.

    Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

    Prior experience working with key account management teams is a plus.

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
