Profile introduction:

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of real estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.

Transaction Management: Oversee financial aspects of real estate transactions, including due diligence, financial audits, and coordination with legal teams for compliance.

Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop and implement tax strategies for real estate assets, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks associated with real estate investments, and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and development, to ensure seamless coordination in all financial matters related to real estate projects.

Advisory Role: Provide financial guidance and advice on real estate investments, helping to optimize financial performance and return on investment.

Requirements:
