- Develop and execute HR strategies in line with company objectives.
- Supervise the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Lead a proficient HR & Recruiting team, offering guidance, training, and leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to comprehend skill and competency requirements for roles.
- Implement efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods.
- Track HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time to hire) and propose necessary actions.
- Revise and refine HR policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
- Handle employee issues promptly and offer timely resolutions.
- Foster a positive and diverse company culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) as an HR Manager or equivalent role.
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
