- Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of staffing solutions.
- Monitor the quality of candidates and ensure they meet client specifications.
- Conduct interviews to assess the quality and suitability of candidates.
- Ensure candidates possess the required skills and qualifications.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to clients based on interview outcomes.
- Utilize IT proficiency to conduct technical interviews and assess candidates' technical skills.
- Ensure candidates meet the technical requirements specified by clients.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and account managers.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Ensure all staffing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risk by implementing and monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the staffing process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance competitive positioning.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development efforts.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering staffing solutions.
- Must have experience working in a staffing agency.
