    Job Description:

    Dear Applicants,

    GIVA is looking for Sr. Product Manager role specifically from e-commerce and retail domain.

    As a Senior Product Manager at GIVA, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic

    direction and execution of our products, namely GIVA website & app.

    The ideal candidate should have previous experience with leading E-commerce companies

    such as Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, Myntra, Flipkart, etc. You will be responsible for leveraging

    your expertise in e-commerce to enhance our platform and deliver best-in-class solutions

    for our customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Growth: Own responsibility for driving growth from app & web through conversion optimization and engagement driven initiatives.

    Strategic Planning: Collaborate with multiple teams, specially marketing and tech, to

    develop and refine the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market

    trends.

    Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on

    customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

    Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market research to drive

    informed decision-making and continuously optimize product performance.

    Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the

    organization, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure

    alignment and successful execution.

    Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior product team members, fostering a culture of

    collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

    Market Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify

    opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

    User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring that

    our platform delivers intuitive, seamless, and delightful experiences for our customers.

    Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to ensure that all products and features

    meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

    Communication: Clearly communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to

    internal stakeholders and external partners.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field;

    MBA or advanced degree preferred.


    • 2+ years of experience in product management roles, with a focus on online-only ecommerce

    platforms.


    • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced,

    dynamic environment.


    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to derive actionable

    insights from complex datasets.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively

    collaborate with diverse stakeholders.


    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional

    teams and driving results.


    • Passion for technology, e-commerce, and delivering exceptional customer

    experiences.


    • Ownership mindset and zeal to drive results in a start-up environment

    NOTE :- This is an Immediate requirement hence we considering only 30 days Notice period or less than 30 days. Immediate Joiners are proffered.
