    Graduate in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant field. Standard project management training/certification would be an added benefit.

    • Proven teamwork / leadership skills as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills including an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Fluency in written and verbal communication engaging with top talent in the organization and dealing with senior stakeholder management, creation and delivery of effective presentations.
    • Have gained experience in the field of digitalization and are able to quickly familiarize yourself with different professional and technical domains.
    • Experience rolling out SaaS solutions, as well as product led development exposure with capital market product would be an added advantage.
    • Understanding of Agile methodology, working with other tech and nontech function/ product owners.
    • Define metrics to improvise product funnel.
    • Experience leading projects across international time zones in a completely virtual environment.
    • Should have an ownership driven appetite towards problem solving.
