- Lead the development, implementation, and maintain quality control procedures for all functions/processes under Unifeeder SSC scope.
- Monitor and evaluate processes, Data Processing Quality etc. to identify and address quality issues.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for all Operations and Finance.
- Leading audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations including auditing of organizational policies, documentation etc.
- Create and maintain documentation of quality processes and procedures.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to Quality performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare, enforce Quality improvement plan and train employees on quality standards, best practices.
- Prepare reports, dashboards to communicate quality and efficiency metrics to management.
- Lead/ participate in root cause analysis and corrective action activities to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certification in quality management (Lean, Six Sigma, Certified Quality Auditor).
- Good understanding of quality management principles, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, attention to detail and Commitment to Quality.
- Problem solving, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 8 years of experience in Quality management, with a proven track record of implementing quality control and assurance processes and driving process improvements. Experience in Shipping & Logistics would be preferred. Unifeeder Shared Service Center
