Job Summary:

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit to join our reputed CA firm, as an Assistant Manager.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of statutory audit procedures, be well-versed in Indian Accounting Standards and Company Law, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct statutory audits of financial statements, including reviewing financial records, identifying discrepancies, and preparing audit reports
Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards, Company Law, and other relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify areas for improvement
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for improving internal controls and risk management processes
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders
Manage and mentor junior team members and provide guidance on audit procedures and techniques
Stay uptodate with changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends related to statutory audit

Requirements:

CA qualification with 23 years of postqualification experience in Statutory Audit
Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, Company Law, and other relevant laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
