    Description
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with DC service providers andoccupiers by providing exceptional customer service and ensuringtheir needs are met.
    • Identify potentialoccupiers/clients through research networking and other means anddevelop targeted strategies to approach them for Colo leasing /cloud services and identifying land acquisitionopportunities.
    • Build and maintain database ofexisting and under construction data centre players across Indiaand vacancy data
    • Ability to assess customerneeds and recommend appropriate data center solutions. This mayinvolve conducting needs assessments proposing customized solutionsand collaborating with technical teams to ensure alignment withclient requirements.
    • Prepare and delivercompelling sales proposals and presentations to clientshighlighting the benefits and value propositions of the companysdata center products and services.
    • Negotiatingterms pricing and contracts with clients to secure new business.Sales representatives should be skilled in overcoming objectionsand closing deals effectively.
    • Participate inexhibitions marketing campaigns and several other sales originationactivities to create an effective brand presence sales closures andnetworking
    • Representing the organization indifferent forums as and when necessary
    • Conductmarket research and analysis to identify trends opportunities andpotential risks and develop strategies to capitalize onthem.
    • Provide regular reports and updates tosenior management on business development activities includingsales pipeline client relationships and revenuegrowth
