- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with the organization's business objectives and growth targets.
- Identify and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent, including but not limited to social media recruitment, employer branding initiatives, talent pipelining, and employee referral programs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and improve recruitment outcomes.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows, from requisition to offer stage, ensuring timely and efficient execution of recruitment activities.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, monitor recruitment performance, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Oversee the recruitment of bulk requirements, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet hiring targets within specified timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment technologies, and emerging trends in recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Experience leveraging ATS and recruitment analytics to optimize recruitment processes and drive recruitment outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
