    Qualification: MBA

    Experience: 2-5 years

    Job Location: Karkhana, Secunderabad

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR Policies & Practices that will support the strategic growth of the business
    • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
    • Managing Org wide initiatives like engagement, CSR etc
    • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigation
    • Execute HR Processes (Performance appraisal cycle, Promotions)
    • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (eg., compensation, attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the management
    • Perform other related duties as assigned
