- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on nut manufacturing and production management.
- Strong background in operating nut formers and other production equipment, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse production team to achieve operational excellence.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
