    Role: Client Solutions Director

    Reporting to: Senior Vice President & Executive Business Director, VML

    Location: Mumbai

    We are looking for a CSD who will lead a client account. This role will ensure the delivery of quality creative work that meets the client's business requirements.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Overall accountability for developing & executing campaigns while maintaining timelines & cost efficiency.
    • Playing the role of liaison between the client and the agency, ensuring that all client expectations are met from the brief to the execution stage
    • Is alert to revenue opportunities and the health of the client/agency relationship.
    • Develop strong working relationships with AMs and AEs to ensure that once briefed the campaign/project moves forward smoothly
    • Provide clients counsel in the development of successful customer management strategies

    Skills and Competencies

    • 8 - 10 years of experience in Digital Advertising. (Experience DVC and Creative Campaigns)
    • Strategic mindset
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Post Graduation in Advertising or Media is preferable
    • Effective communication and strong inter-personal skills with eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership ability, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
