- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and post-sale service.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets of at least 5 crore INR.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solutions meet client requirements.
- Provide insights to product teams on market needs and competitive trends.
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and continuously enhance skills in technology product sales.
- 4 - 10 years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of closing substantial deals (preferably 5 crore INR annually) in the BFSI sector.
- Strong familiarity with selling technology-based products and solutions, with a focus on AI or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical products and convey their value to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A quick learner with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related fields is preferred.
