    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Planning and delivering UX designs while working closely with cross-functional teamsOwn end-to-end UX process based on existing product vision and business requirementsCreating information architectures, task flows, user interaction models, wireframe, screen flows, prototypes, detailed designs, design briefs, design specifications, and guidelines with little directionCreate and communicate end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, -prototypes, and specs to stakeholdersHelp lead improvements to process and relationships beyond scope of individual work with a track record of influencing the product directionLead data-driven design methodologies to champion refinements of the product until the usability and experience reach a delightful experience and success criteriaBe highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment

    Requirements: 3+ years of work experience as a UX designer in the tech domainBachelor's or Master's degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a related disciplineAn online portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking, approach to the problem, and design deliverables like conceptual models, navigation and user flows, information design, and mock-upsEffectively collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure stakeholder alignmentAbility to filter the noise and identify the root cause of the customer problem using data from various sourcesExcellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior leadershipSelf-motivated to think outside the box and can navigate through ambiguous situations
