    Description

    Key Responsibility :

    • Work on the open positions and manage day to day staffing delivery to clients.
    • Sourcing candidates by using the portals
    • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for the open positions
    • Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.
    • Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management
    • Client Mapping , Competitive analysis.
    • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
    • Work with internal business stakeholders.

    Requirements

    Graduation in any discipline

    1 - 4 yrs of experience in Non IT Recruitment

    Experience and ability in managing revenue targets

    Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Negotiation skills and Industry understanding

    Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability

    Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction
