    Chai Days India Private Company is a burgeoning name in the cafe industry, with eight successful outlets across Bangalore. We pride ourselves on crafting the finest teas, snacks, and beverages, emphasizing quality and excellence.

    As we set our sights on ambitious expansion both in India and internationally, we're on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our journey and help spread the art of tea worldwide.

    Role Description
    Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements and company culture.

    Implement team-building initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
    Lead employer branding efforts to position Chai Days Indian Ltd as an employer of choice.
    Implement cost-effective recruitment strategies to minimize hiring expenses while maximizing the quality of hires.

    Work closely with department heads and managers to identify training needs and gaps in support staff performance that can be addressed through targeted training initiatives.

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    3+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
    Strong understanding of recruitment practices, labor legislation, and cost control strategies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and team members.
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
