- Oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Manage the CRM system, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify CRM needs and develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Train employees on CRM best practices and ensure proper utilization of the system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and CRM to continuously improve processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in human resources management, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proven experience managing a CRM system, with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
