    Job Overview

    We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and a proven track record of successfully managing and coaching a sales team.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales team leader
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and coaching a sales team
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets
    • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
    • Proficiency in using CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
    • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching as needed
    • Set sales targets and track sales performance
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and operations, to achieve sales objectives
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
    • Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team
    • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and provide training
