Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Labour Compliance Manager located in Thane. The Labour Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring delivery of compliance services to clients. They will assess and mitigate legal risks associated with employment matters, create and implement policies and procedures, conduct compliance audits, provide legal advice and support, and oversee payroll management.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Experience in managing and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Ability to conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and lead a Team
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Relevant certification or degree in HR, labor law, or related field
