    Role Description

    This Social Compliance Manager role will support our efforts to prioritize and meet social responsibility requirements in all aspects of our operations. This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and implementing social compliance programs and policies
    • Monitoring supplier compliance and conducting facility audits
    • Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
    • Providing training and guidance to employees on social responsibility and compliance issues
    • Ensuring all products meet ethical sourcing and sustainability standards
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in social compliance, sustainability, or related field
    • Experience with conducting facility audits and monitoring supplier compliance
    • Excellent knowledge of social responsibility standards and regulations
    • Strong research, data analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Audit certificates (SA8000, WRAP, Fairtrade, Sedex, etc.) is a plus
    • Fluency in English and Hindi is required, additional language proficiency would be an asset.
