    Description
    Job Summary:

    We are seeking for a 6 8 YearsHandson experienced professional who is thorough on theskillsets
    mentioned below. In thisrole you will be delivering projects for our end customers on thetechnologies
    mentioned below. Thisrole will require 80% of the time implementing customer projects10%
    assisting on PreSalesactivities and 10% on acquiring newer skills/certifications. Belowis the list of
    skillsetrequired:

    Traditional 3Tier Infrastructure i.e. Server SAN Switch and SANStorage(Dell/HP/IBM/Lenovo
    etc)
    Server virtualization(VMware/HyperV/KVM)
    Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) technologies (VMwarevSAN/Nutanix)
    Backup Technology(Veeam/Commvault/Veritas etc)
    Domain controller and ActiveDirectory
    Public Cloud Services(AWS/Azure/GCP etc)
    Knowledge onNetworkingconcepts

    KeyResponsibilities:

    Conduct project kick off designsessions for converting the HighLevel Design (HLD) to aLow
    Level Design (LLD) matchingcustomer technical and business requirements in the areasof
    Virtualization and Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
    Successfully implement the agreed LLD in the stipulatedtimeframe
    Create and submitdocumentation to secure sign off from the customer on theimplemented
    project
    Acquire additional skills and certifications in similar or othertechnologies that are alignedto
    the vision of PowerBridge
    Design setup and maintainthe Customer Centre of Excellence(CoE)
    Assist PreSales team (ifRequired) on vetting the solution to ensure all thesolution
    components are proposedor covered to deliver the project as per the requirement ofthe
    customer
    Suggest PreSales team in regards to designing solutions that areoptimized technicallyand
    commercially
    Upskilling the teammates in your area of expertise to build theteam
    Meet deadlines and adapt toa fastpaced and dynamicenvironment.

    Requirements

    Bachelors degree in a relevant technical field such as computerscience information
    technology orengineering. Additional certifications or advanced degrees are aplus.
    Minimum of 6 years ofProven experience in the skillsetmentioned.
    Professionalcertifications like VCP MCSE ITIL etc is amust
    Excellent leadership andteam management skills with the ability to motivate and inspirea
    diverseteam.
    Exceptional communicationand interpersonal skills with the ability to build strongclient
    relationships andeffectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnicalstakeholders.
    The customercentricmindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service andexceeding
    clientexpectations.
    Strongproblemsolving and decisionmaking abilities with a track record ofresolving complex
    customerissues.
    Knowledge of projectmanagement methodologies and bestpractices.
