    Description

    Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 2 years of relevant experience to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to our business units, providing guidance and support on various HR initiatives including employee relations, talent management, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Employee Relations:

    Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

    Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, and recommend appropriate actions to resolve issues.

    Work closely with management to address employee performance issues, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

    2. Performance Management:

    Support managers in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.

    Provide training and guidance to managers on performance management best practices.

    Identify opportunities for employee development and career growth, and assist in the implementation of training programs.

    3. Organizational Development:

    Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and develop strategies to address them.

    Assist in the design and implementation of organizational development initiatives, such as change management efforts, team building activities, and leadership development programs.

    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.

    4. HR Compliance:

    Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR activities.

    Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and ensure consistent application across the organization. Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role or similar position.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
