    Description

    ** Female candidate will be preferred.

    1. Complaints Management:

    • Allocate customer complaints received from BD personnel to respective departments in the plant.
    • Collaborate with QA personnel for timely resolution of customer complaints.

    2. Investigation and Reporting:

    • Review Complaints Investigation Reports, CAPA, and RCA for corrections.
    • Provide technical input for reports before sharing them with clients.

    3. Technical Query Resolution:

    • Handle and resolve client's technical queries related to products or processes.

    4. Communication and Documentation:

    • Facilitate technical communication between plant and HO BD personnel.
    • Prepare SOPs, policies, and formats for HO, including Label Designing & Approval SOP and Customer Feedback Format.

    5. External Lab Testing and Compliance:

    • Coordinate external lab testing based on BD or client requirements.
    • Ensure compliance with FSSAI and AYUSH regulations for product artwork, including proofreading.

    6. Client Query Handling:

    • Address client queries related to product or artwork compliance.

    7. Regulatory Document Preparation:

    • Prepare scientific and legal documents for regulatory compliance.

    8. Prototype and Change Control:

    • Prepare product prototypes and Statements of Identity (SOI).
    • Manage change control processes for products.

    9. NPDI and Annual Returns:

    • Review New Product Development Initiatives (NPDI) and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Submit annual returns as required.

    10. Testing Report Submission:

    • Arrange and submit half-yearly product testing reports to FOSCOS (FSSAI).
