    • Experience: 9 to 15 years in handling Industrial Lubricants Channels and possessing knowledge of Industries, Products, Markets, and Applications across at least two regions in India.

    Job Description:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide field engagement and support to distributors to achieve business objectives.
    • Offer support to distributors through developing a Distributor Value Proposition in identified focus segments.
    • Assist the sales team in prospecting by developing a compelling Distributor Value Proposition.
    • Develop compelling Reason to Believe (RTB) and case studies to share with potential customers.
    • Support in planning promotions and advertisement strategies in the B2B Channel segment.
    • Execute and measure the Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing programs.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage digital initiatives for B2B Channel Responsible for supporting the sales team in developing marketing tools and programs to achieve channel business plans.
    • Accountable for providing proper communication and technical support to the B2B Channel.

    Working Relationships:

    • Internal: Work closely with Marketing and Industrial teams, as well as other departments such as HR, Supply Chain, and Finance.
