    Description

    PositionOverview:

    TheInternal Audit Assistant Manager plays a critical role instrengthening our internal controls enhancing risk management andimproving our operational processes. This position will workclosely with the Internal Audit Manager to plan and execute auditprojects across various functions within the company providingvaluable insights and recommendations to seniormanagement.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Assistin developing and executing the annual audit plan ensuringalignment with the company s objectives and riskpriorities.
    • Leadand conduct financial operational and compliance audits acrossdifferent departments including but not limited to manufacturingsupply chain sales andfinance.
    • Evaluatethe effectiveness of internal controls risk management practicesand governanceprocesses.
    • Preparedetailed audit reports highlighting findings and recommendingimprovements tomanagement.
    • Followup on the implementation of audit recommendations and assess theadequacy of correctiveactions.
    • Coordinatewith external auditors and other assurance providers asrequired.
    • Stayinformed of industry trends best practices and regulatory changesimpacting the automotivesector.
    • Contributeto the development and refinement of audit methodologies andtools.
    • Mentorand provide guidance to junior auditstaff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a relatedfield. A Master s degree is aplus.
    • Professionalcertification such as CA is amust.
    • Minimumof 5 years of experience in internal auditing preferably within themanufacturing or automotiveindustry.
    • Strongunderstanding of auditing standards risk management and internalcontrolprinciples.
    • Proficiencyin data analysis tools andtechniques.
    • Excellentverbal and written communication skills with the ability to presentfindings and recommendations effectively to variousstakeholders.
    • Demonstratedleadership abilities and a teamorientedapproach.
    • Abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tightdeadlines.
    • Willingnessto travel domestically and internationally as required by auditassignments.
