    Description

    Role/ Job Title: State Head-Car Loans

    Function/ Department : Car Loans

    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the State business across Car Loan to expand revenue per existing customer.
  • Guide distribution of X-sell products ensuring volume scale-up as per the defined targets
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital medium.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships across key dealers, OEMs, channel/product partners etc. to increase the penetration of entire portfolio.
  • Improve the performance & quality of portfolio through regular monitoring and providing recommendations for course correction to the Product and Sales teams.
  • Guide the Product team in Car Loans category to provide differentiated offerings and drive business growth.
  • Work with business analytics team to identify potential for x-sell.

    • Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Create environment for team to focus on digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically.
  • Drive initiatives to meet Bank's rapid growth targets.

    • Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
  • Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement.

    • Key Success Metrics:

  • Disbursals, Growth metrics, File to disbursal conversion, Insurance penetration etc.

    • Education Qualification:

    Graduation: Any Graduation

    Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation

    Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in Car Loans
