    Redesigning the banking rails for the world

    What does a bank do? It provides you with financial products & services - accounts / investments / lending & insurance. The next biggest bank won't be a bank. Banking will come to the apps you use & love. It's already happening. Some examples:

    You buy your trip insurance (financial product) on GoIbibo (not a bank)

    Get your BuyNowPayLater line (a lending product) on Dunzo (not a bank)

    To do this effectively and at scale, we need to reimagine how banking works. We need a solid API standard for seamless distribution of financial services and products. This is what we do here at FinBox.

    Job Overview

    The Growth and Strategy Associate will work to support growth and strategic initiatives of FinBox in all directions. You will be responsible for being on top of partnerships with third parties, as well as spearheading new initiatives that accelerate growth. This individual should have at least 1 year of experience in operations, growth, strategy, lending, or analytics, preferably at a fintech company or top-tier consulting firm or an MBA from a reputed college.

    About the role:

    • Manage Growth Partnerships with different firms on an end-to-end basis, including the operational and legal work.
    • Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies of FinBox in various geographies
    • Conduct Market Research studies and generate insights for the growth of company
    • Carry to completion any strategic initiatives taken up
    • Stay updated with the fast-changing fintech landscape

    Here's what you would do:

    • 2-3 years of experience in operations, growth, strategy, lending, or analytics, preferably at a fintech company or top-tier consulting firm.
    • Proven track record of success in growth-focused roles or projects
    • Grit, hustle, desire, and a "get-it-done" attitude; strong comfort with a growth-stage startup environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Ability to analyze data yourself by writing SQL queries and using data analysis tools
    • High-level proficiency in Excel
