    Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:

    Senior Analyst – Insurance Operations

    What can you expect?

  • An opportunity to understand services which are integral part of Insurance broking lifecycle
  • A place to enhance your knowledge on work which is recently transitioned or to be transitioned
  • In the first month, we expect you to understand the service or process. Learn about risk associated with service and deeper understanding of workflow by the end of second month of joining and within three months we would want you to become a process expert with knowledge on at least one of the Lines of Business
  • Our team is new but growing at fast pace and most of our colleagues have an average experience of 4 years. We are one big family who takes pride in exceeding end customer expectations with focus on insurance and business knowledge.
  • We have robust training around understanding insurance concepts and business knowledge. All the team members will support you during this journey.

  • Be an integral part of this growing team
  • Manages own queue of work to ensure timely delivery on all cases as per SLA
  • Understands process steps and guidance and processes case as per process guidelines and checklist
  • Escalates delays and queries appropriately after due investigation
  • Regularly update process manuals
  • Responsible for creation of SOPs for new processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements with a view to provide better client services
  • Participates in process update sessions, Process Knowledge Tests, training and coaching sessions
  • Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization's standards and laid out SOPs
  • Ensures operational risks are highlighted on time and escalates the same to proper authorities for corrective action
  • Adheres to data and information security guidelines

    • What you need to have:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Currently working as a Senior Associate
  • In-depth knowledge of US Licensing and Insurance Broking related services like Policy Admin, Policy Review or Certificates
  • Confident to have direct contact with onshore and resolve issues with minimum assistance
  • Flexible to work in any shifts as per business requirement
  • Expected shift timing – 2:30pm – 11:30pm
  • Excellent command on written and oral communication
