    Requirements

    As a FP&A Manager you will report directly into the CFO and be given the opportunities to develop your career as you play a fundamental role in building and shaping a strong FP&A function across the business. You'll lead the forecasting and budgeting process, deliver analysis to drive decision making, and be a strong business partner to key stakeholders.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Manage the annual financial planning and re-forecasting process, including creating and managing dynamic and scalable financial models, whilst working with budget holders to ensure robust assumptions underpin the plan;
    • Finance Business Partner to key teams of the company, through providing finance support, including analysis and reporting of monthly actual spend versus budget; responding to ad-hoc queries; supporting preparation of budgets and forecasts; ensuring financial compliance and providing advice and help to the team where required;
    • Build financial models and business cases to support strategic developments and financial decisions across the business operations;
    • Partner closely with our accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure accuracy whilst investigating issues and providing analysis; and
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis of historic and forecast performance, and delivery of presentational outputs as required;

    What are we looking for?

    • A proven team player, able to work flexibly and contribute across a broad range of activities;
    • Able to demonstrate significant and creative problem-solving based on analysis of complex data with a focus on driving value;
    • Experience of financial modelling and reporting
    • Able to plan and prioritise work; and
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with people at all levels of the finance team and non-finance members of staff.

    Requirements:

    • CA qualified or equivalent,
    • 5 years + PQE, and preferably have experience of FP&A and/or business partnering;
    • B Com/BA/BSc/BBA/ MA /M Com /MBA Finance, and strong academic record;
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. INDEX, MATCH functions); and
    • Tech/SaaS experience preferable but not mandatory.
